THE CHOICE OF ORGANIC
Latteria San Pietro has chosen to follow the organic route for its own holistic approach : environmental sustainability does not favor the animal, the genuineness of the product is not preferred to its final goodness, but we look beyond, not limited to the safety of the product.
Biological is the system that allows all the steps of the supply chain to be implemented: from the spike that grows in the field to the consumer.
WHO IS IT OK FOR THE BIOLOGICAL?
Organic can represent a benefit for three broad categories:
- Environment: respect and sustainability, GMOs are not used and agriculture is organic;
- Pets: ethological respect and animal welfare in breeding (drastic reduction of antibiotic use, larger areas for cows);
- Consumer: maximum supply chain guarantee, no type of preservative and a good and genuine final product.
