Grana Padano PDO hay

Latteria Agricola San Pietro has introduced in its production line a special production from selected stalls, which feed their cows exclusively with hay derived from the Prati Stabili area of ​​the Mantua High Plain of Valle del Mincio.
It therefore derives a type of Grana Padano PDO from hay alone, which does not require any type of preservative.

THE SUPPLY CHAIN
The cows of the selected stalls for this type of production they are fed exclusively with hay of the high Mantuan plain of the Mincio valley, without the use of silage.
This allows a product to be obtained from processing it does not require any kind of preservative .
The characteristics acquired from processing and maturing make it suitable for all ages.
