Description

Our Grana Padano, made only with milk, salt and rennet, is the passion that has guided us every day since 1966. The feeding of the cows involves the use of stable meadow hay, very rich in vegetables, which gives the milk a unique flavor. The 25 months of maturation make it perfect both for grating and for eating.

Features

With a fairly intense straw color, our Grana Padano PDO Selection from Hay 24 months has the typical grainy texture of the dough, the flaky fracture and the beginning of the formation of "calcium lactate crystals".
It has a savory but never spicy taste, with a scent and aroma reminiscent of dried fruit and hay. It is particularly suitable for grating but also for consumption as a meal.

Its taste does not overlap with other flavors, but performs the function of binding, harmonizing and balancing the different organoleptic sensations of the ingredients with which it is combined.
