Grana Padano flies to the States with Latteria San Pietro
Latteria San Pietro is preparing the suitcases, full of Grana Padano: destination New York, from 24 to 26 September!
A three days of events in the Big Apple for a trip to 360 ° in the world of Grana Padano, to make known and appreciated to the public US the most loved PDO.
To accompany us in this wonderful adventure, there will be the friends of the Italian Truffle Academy, with whom we will present the "Dish of Perfection" during the "Gala Dinner" on September 25th.
The goal of this great event dedicated to Grana Padano is not limited to selling to the New York community, but to promote the culture linked to this PDO, its history, the territory of origin (specifically Mantova), tasting and sensory experience, pairings.
All the values and peculiarities will be presented in dedicated seminars, tasting corners and dinners with the chefs. Beyond this we want to give a great space to the Millenaria Press Award: Grana Padano of the Stable Meadows, a competition conceived in collaboration with Accademia Italiana del Tartufo and Mantova golosa.
Last but not least, the exclusive presentation of Grana Padano Koshèr to the Jewish community of New York, with a day dedicated to meetings, seminars, tastings and thematic tastings.
At each event the public will receive Grana Padano gadgets.

Seminar theme: "Italian Table Talks" - Globalization vs. Authenticity - Italian restaurants for Tomorrow in US.
The seminar will focus on the authenticity of Italian productions and their relationship with the globalization increasingly present in this time.
Latteria San Pietro will talk about Grana Padano product, a very old traditional Italian product (over 1000 years) that has a close link with its territory and that follows a PDO production specification. The second part of the seminar will see Grana Padano's relationship with globalization: the new Grana Padano products remaining strongly anchored to the tradition and goodness that distinguishes them.
