Great success for the 2015 Brunello di Montalcino evening presentation "An Evening among the Stars". The event was also attended by Latteria San Pietro who gave diners an experience of taste and sweetness through his Grana Padano hay selection over 30 months.
The dinner was prepared by the skilled and experienced hands of the two-Michelin-star chef Andrea Aprea, traveling to the Park Hyatt in New York, from his restaurant VUN Andrea Aprea in Milan. The Chef has perfectly exalted the flavor of Grana Padano in a very special appetizer: egg, potato, Grana Padano “Hay selection” and black truffle.
Grana Padano and truffle is a well- known combination, but it fits perfectly in every occasion.
