The Leonardi farm has origins in the 18th century but it is from the second half of the 19th century that it is dedicated exclusively to the production of high quality Balsamic Vinegar, using its own raw materials. In fact, the company extends over 10 hectares of land planted with vineyards, mainly of Trebbiano di Modena (white grapes) and Lambrusco (red grapes) in the qualities of Sorbara, Castelvetro and Ancellotta. It is therefore defined as a closed-cycle company, or a short chain since all the production phases take place on the collection site.
